Each Co-Borrower, upon Lender’s or Collateral Agent’s request, shall cause any Subsidiary (other than any Excluded Subsidiary) to provide Lender and Collateral Agent with a guaranty of the Obligations and a security interest in such Subsidiary’s assets to secure such guaranty.
At Collateral Agent’s or ▇▇▇▇▇▇’s request, each Co-Borrower shall deliver certified copies of policies and evidence of all premium payments.

Section 2510.3-101.
