More Definitions of Co-Borrower

Co-Borrower means and includes the person(s) who, along with the Borrower shall be jointly and severally liable for repayment of the Outstanding Amount and his/her/their obligation in relation to the Outstanding Amount shall be concurrent with that of the Borrower in all respects as if he/she/they himself/herself/themselves was/were the Borrower and accordingly, the Co-Borrower shall regularly and punctually pay to the Bank the installments as well as other dues payable under the Facility himself/herself/themselves in the event of default by the Borrower.
Co-Borrower means any parent, legal guardian or sponsor of an Eligible Student attending an Eligible College or University who shall be jointly and severally liable with a Borrower for the repayment of a Loan.
