Dynamic driving task means the same as that term is defined in Section 41-26-102.1.
Stage 2 means the construction of the second hotel and other developments facilities and amenities referred to in the Development Proposals;
Payment Initiation Service Provider or “PISP” means an authorised third party provider which provides a service that allows that third party to pass payment instructions to us on your behalf in relation to your Account.
Commissioning Period has the meaning set forth in Attachment T.
Stage 1 means the area at Port Xxxxxxx which is the subject of this Agreement and of the ERMP and which is shown bordered in purple as “stage 1” on Department of Land Administration 4 Miscellaneous Plan No. 1743;
payment initiation service means a service to initiate a payment order at the request of the payment service user with respect to a payment account held at another payment service provider;
Mobile crisis outreach team means a crisis intervention service for minors or families of minors experiencing behavioral health or psychiatric emergencies.
Tests after Completion means the tests (if any) which are specified in the Contract and which are carried out in accordance with the Specification after the Works or a Section (as the case may be) are taken over by the Procuring Entity.
Debilitating medical condition means one or more of the following:
Career Pathways means a sub-grouping used as an organizing tool for curriculum design and instruction of occupations or career specialties that share a set of common knowledge and skills for career success.
Connectivity App(s means any integration technology whose primary function is to directly connect disparate applications to enable the direct communication and/or management of data between such disparate applications by/through such integration technology.
Urgent medical condition means a condition that satisfies either of the following:
TLR means the NERC Transmission Loading Relief Procedures used in the Eastern Interconnection as specified in NERC Operating Policies.

Haryana DISCOMs means the UTTAR HARYANA BIJLI VITRAN NIGAM LIMITED
Phase 2 means the phase of the ATP comprised of: (1) improvements to the State Street Substation to receive Rebuilt Line 972; (2) the rebuilding of NYSEG’s existing Line 972 not performed in Phase 1; (3) construction of Relocated Line 15; (4) the construction of Bused Line 5; (5) improvements to the Elbridge Substation to receive Relocated Line 15; and (6) improvements to the Elbridge Substation to receive Bused Line 5.
Outreach Services has the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 2.1(F)(5) hereof and Exhibit B hereto.
Medical condition means either of the following:
Deployment means a period of time extending from six (6) months before a member of the uniformed services' departure from their home station on military orders through six (6) months after return to his or her home station.
Service Planning Team or “SPT” means a team who includes the Individual and/or the Individual’s identified support network, Contractor’s lead administrative staff supporting medical, behavioral and activity oversight called out in this Contract, Contractor’s Administrator or designee and ODHS Designee. The team is responsible for overseeing the Individual’s Service Plan and all other associated plans or services in this Contract.
Commissioning Tests means all of the procedures and tests which, in accordance with the Reasonable and Prudent Standard, and in compliance with industry guidelines, practices and standards, are:
Commissioning test means tests applied to a distributed generation facility by the applicant after construction is completed to verify that the facility does not create adverse system impacts and performs to the submitted specifications. At a minimum, the scope of the commissioning tests performed shall include the commissioning test specified in Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers, Inc. (IEEE) Standard 1547 Section 5.4 "Commissioning tests".
CTS Enabled Interface means an interface between the PJM Control Area and an adjacent Control Area at which the Office of the Interconnection has authorized the use of Coordinated Transaction Scheduling (“CTS”). The CTS Enabled Interfaces between the PJM Control Area and the New York Independent System Operator, Inc. Control Area shall be designated in Schedule A to the Joint Operating Agreement Among and Between New York Independent System Operator Inc. and PJM Interconnection, L.L.C. (PJM Rate Schedule FERC No. 45). The CTS Enabled Interfaces between the PJM Control Area and the Midcontinent Independent System Operator, Inc. shall be designated consistent with Attachment 3, section 2 of the Joint Operating Agreement between Midcontinent Independent System Operator, Inc. and PJM Interconnection, L.L.C. “CTS Interface Bid” shall mean a unified real-time bid to simultaneously purchase and sell energy on either side of a CTS Enabled Interface in accordance with the procedures of Operating Agreement, Schedule 1, section 1.13, and the parallel provisions of Tariff, Attachment K- Appendix.
Test Strategy means a strategy for the conduct of Testing as described further in paragraph 3 of Call Off Schedule 5 (Testing);
Training program means an NCA-approved Iowa college, the Iowa law enforcement academy or an Iowa hospital approved by the department to conduct emergency medical care training.
