Stage 2 definition

Stage 2 means the area at Port Xxxxxxx which is shown as “stage 2” on the Site Plan and which may or may not be developed by the Company, but the development of which will in any event be the subject of a further environmental review and management programme;

Stage 2 means the area at Port Kennedy which is shown as “stage 2” on the Site Plan and which may or may not be developed by the Company, but the development of which will in any event be the subject of a further environmental review and management programme;

Examples of Stage 2 in a sentence

If the dispute remains unresolved as between the parties after the completion of Stage 2 (or, if the parties have opted to mutually agree to progress (i) straight from the Dispute Notice to Stage 3, after the date of the Dispute Notice or (ii) straight from completion of Stage 1 to Stage 3, after the completion of Stage 1), then the dispute may be referred by either party to mediation in accordance with the Centre for Effective Dispute Resolution (“CEDR”) Model Mediation Procedure.

Stage 2 means the concept and viability stage, which is to prepare and finalise the project concept in accordance with the brief including the scope, scale, character, form, function and preliminary programme and viability of the project

Stage 2 means the second stage of CalWORKs child care services. Stage 2 child care services are administered by the CDE through contracts with Alternative Payment program providers pursuant to EC 8353. Stage 2 child care begins when the county welfare department determines that a CalWORKs family is stable and transfers the family to a Stage 2 child care contractor for child care services, or a family applies and is found eligible for Stage 2 services. 5 CCR 18400(o)

Stage 2 and “Stage 2 Distribution” shall mean the distribution to the Trust Administration Class as provided in paragraph E(4).

Stage 2. The aggrieved employee shall present his grievance in writing to his/her building principal or his designee within ten (10) school days of the discussion of the grievance at Stage 1. The building principal or designee shall render his determination to the aggrieved employee in writing within five (5) school days after the written grievance has been submitted. The grievance shall be deemed waived unless it has been submitted within the specified time limit. If the grievance is not resolved at Stage 2, the aggrieved employee may proceed to Stage 3 within five (5) school days of the decision at Stage 2.
