IT IS UNDERSTOOD BY RESIDENT AND ALL PARTIES THAT RESIDENT’S PERSONAL BELONGINGS ARE NOT INSURED BY LANDLORD AND THAT RESIDENT SHOULD INSURE ALL PERSONAL PROPERTY WITH A RENTERS INSURANCE POLICY.
