C-Level Executive definition
C-Level Executive means any Executive other than the CEO who is a C-suite executive (e.g., chief financial officer, chief operating officer, chief medical officer, chief commercial officer, etc.).
C-Level Executive means any officer of the Company with “Chief” in his or her title and any Executive Vice President.
C-Level Executive means any officer of the Company with “Chief” in his or her title, Head of Turning Point Therapeutics, Asia, and any Executive Vice President.
