C Shares means the C ordinary shares of £1.00 each in the share capital of GSKCHHL, which shares rank pari passu with the A Shares and the B Shares except that they carry no right to any Pre-Separation GSKCHHL Onward Dividend and carry no voting rights, all of which are fully paid and held as at the date of this Agreement by the SLPs;

C Shares means a temporary and separate class of shares which are issued at a fixed price determined by the Company;

C Shares means redeemable C Shares of US$0.01 each in the capital of the Company carrying the rights set out in articles 7(1) to 7(8) (inclusive) below;

Examples of C Shares in a sentence

Class C Shares available for distribution under this Plan may consist, in whole or in part, of authorized and unissued shares, treasury shares, or shares reacquired by the Company in any manner.
All Options will be separately designated Incentive Share Options or Non-qualified Share Options at the time of grant, and, if certificates are issued, a separate certificate or certificates will be issued for Class C Shares purchased upon exercise of each type of Option.
Subject to adjustment in accordance with Section 11, no more than 100,000 Class C Shares will be available for the grant of Awards under this Plan (the “Total Share Reserve”).
The maximum number of Class C Shares subject to Awards granted during a single Fiscal Year to any Officer, together with any cash fees paid to the Director during the Fiscal Year may not exceed a total value of $100,000 (calculating the value of any Awards based on the grant date fair value for financial reporting purposes).
Any Class C Shares subject to an Award that expires or is canceled, forfeited, or terminated without issuance of the full number of Class C Shares to which the Award related will again be available for issuance under this Plan.

C Shares means C Shares in the capital of the Company having the rights and restrictions set out in paragraphs 1 to 7 (inclusive) of this Part VI;
