If the Parties cannot agree on the Expert to be appointed within 7 days of agreeing to go to expert determination, the Parties must accept a nomination by the President for the time being of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand (CA ANZ) and any Party may approach the President of CA ANZ to make such nomination.
