Cable Common Stock definition

Cable Common Stock means the common stock, $0.01 par value per share, of Cable.
Cable Common Stock means the common stock, $0.01 par value per share, of Cable. “Cable Defined Benefit SERP” has the meaning set forth in Section 8.02.

  • The CDR Shareholders desire to exchange all of their beneficially owned shares of CDR Capital Stock solely for shares of Cable Common Stock in the amount set forth herein.
