Cable Law definition

Cable Law means Chapter 235, of Part II, General Legislation of the Harford County Code, as amended, to the extent authorized under and consistent with federal and state law.

  • Except as otherwise provided herein, the definitions and word usages set forth in the Cable Law are incorporated herein and shall apply in this Agreement.

  • The LFA shall not modify the terms and conditions of this Agreement by changes to the Cable Law enacted after the Effective Date or by any regulations adopted by the Information Technology Officer after the Effective Date pursuant to Section 10-1-106(c) of the Cable Law.

  • Should the LFA seek to revoke the Franchise after following the procedures set forth in Section 11.1 above, it shall follow the procedures set forth in Section 10- 11-103 of the Cable Law.
