Café Property definition

Café Property shall have the meaning assigned to such term in the Mortgage Loan Agreement.
Café Property means that or those certain parcel(s) of real property more particularly described on Schedule 1-B attached hereto and made a part hereof, the Improvements thereon and all personal property owned by Café Borrower and encumbered by the Mortgage, together with all rights pertaining to such property and Improvements, as more particularly described in the granting clause of the Mortgage and referred to therein as the “Cafe Property”.
Café Property has the meaning set forth for such term in Recital A.
