California company means a sole proprietorship, partnership, joint venture, corporation, or other business entity that was a licensed California contractor on the date when bids for the public contract were opened and meets one of the following:
Children means all dependants named on a policy (not including spouse).
Child/Children means persons who are of an age of two years and above but who are less than 12 years of age;
California Law means the General Corporation Law of the State of California.

Homeless children and youths means individuals who lack a fixed, regular, and adequate nighttime residence. This includes children and youth who are sharing the housing of other persons due to loss of housing, economic hardship or a similar reason, living in motels, parks or campgrounds; or children or youth who have a primary nighttime residence that is a public or private place not designed for or ordinarily used as a sleeping accommodation by human beings; or children or youth living in cars, abandoned buildings or substandard housing or similar situations; or migratory children because they are living in circumstances like those described above. “Substandard housing” may be determined by considering factors such as whether the setting in which the child or youth is living lacks water, electricity or heat; is infested with vermin or mold; lacks a working kitchen or toilet, or presents unreasonable dangers to adults, children or persons with disabilities. Cities, counties and states have varying housing codes that further define housing deemed substandard by law.
Homeless children and youth means individuals who lack a fixed, regular, and adequate nighttime residence, which includes:
AT&T CALIFORNIA means the AT&T owned ILEC doing business in California.
Spent in California means that:
Dependant child means a dependant person who is aged 0–17 years of age.
New Mexico CANCELLATION section is amended as follows: If You are the original purchaser of this Agreement, You may return this Agreement and receive a refund if: (i) You have not made a claim under the Agreement; and (ii) You return this Agreement within twenty days after the date We mail You a copy of the Agreement or within ten days after You receive a copy of the Agreement if We furnish You with the copy at the time the Agreement is purchased. We may not cancel this Agreement without providing You with written notice at least fifteen (15) days prior to the effective date of cancellation. Such notice shall include the effective date of cancellation and the reason for cancellation. If this Agreement has been in force for a period of seventy (70) days, We may not cancel it before the expiration of the Agreement term or one (1) year, whichever occurs first, unless: 1) You fail to pay any amount due; 2) You are convicted of a crime which results in an increase in the service required under the Agreement; 3) You engage in fraud or material misrepresentation in obtaining this Agreement; or 4) You commit any act, omission, or violation of any terms of this Agreement after the effective date of this Agreement which substantially and materially increases the service required under this Agreement. A ten percent (10%) penalty per month (or each portion thereof) shall be applied to refunds not paid or credited within sixty (60) days of receipt of a returned Agreement.
Community association means an association in which membership is a condition of ownership or shareholder interest of a unit in a condominium, cooperative, townhouse, villa, or other residential unit that is part of a residential development plan as a master association or common interest community and that is authorized to impose an assessment and other costs that may become a lien on the unit or lot.
Spouse means, an individual who,
Dependent children also means natural children, stepchildren, adopted children, children of a domestic partner, children placed for adoption and foster children.
Code means the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended.
dependants for the purpose of definition, dependants are spouse, dependent children and anyone for whom the employee claims exemption on federal income tax returns;
POPI Act means the Protection of Personal Information Act, No.4 of 2013;
Partnership Act means the Delaware Revised Uniform Limited Partnership Act, 6 Del. C. §§ 17-101, et seq., as it may be amended from time to time, and any successor to such statute.
JAMS Rules has the meaning assigned thereto in Section 13 hereof.
College community means trustees, students, staff, faculty, and visitors on college-owned or controlled facilities.
wife shall be known as a "Spouse," and when mentioned together, the Husband and Wife shall be known as the "Couple."
Commonwealth Act means the Workplace Relations Act 1996 of the Commonwealth;
ADA means the Americans with Disabilities Act.
College board means the state board for community and
Americans with Disabilities Act (“ADA”) means section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 and the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 as amended by the ADA Amendments Act of 2008.
School Rules means the body of rules of the School as may be amended from time to time for legal, safety or other substantive reasons, or in order to assist the proper administration of the School. A copy of the then current version of the rules is provided to each child on entry and is sent to parents with the Acceptance Form. Parents will be notified of subsequent changes to the rules;
