California Mortgage means the Mortgage, Deed of Trust, Assignment, Security Agreement, Fixture Filing and Financing Statement from ERG Resources to Lawrence C. Adams, Trustee, for the benefit of the Prepetition Agent, dated January 24, 2013 and recorded in the Official Records of the County of Santa Barbara, California as record 2013-0006360.
