Call-In Time definition

Call-In Time. Any unit member called in to work by an administrator (i.e. supervisor, Director, 620 Dean, VP, President, etc.) on a day when the unit member is not scheduled to work or after 621 completion of their regular assignment shall receive a minimum of four (4) hours pay. Call-In Time. A unit member who is called in to work on a day when the employee was not scheduled to work shall receive pay at the appropriate rate for two hours of work or the actual time worked, whichever is greater.
Call-In Time means hours worked other than regularly scheduled work periods unless notified in advance of schedule change. “In advance” means at or before quitting time of the employee’s last previous scheduled work period.

  • When employees covered under this Agreement are called in on non-scheduled days, (hereinafter referred to as “Call-In Time”) then the firefighter shall be compensated for the Call-In Time at one and one-half (1½) his/her regular hourly rate of pay as long as the employee has worked 212 hours in the 28 day pay period.

More Definitions of Call-In Time

Call-In Time or “Recall” shall mean an actual “call-in” or “recall” after leaving a regularly scheduled shift or being “called-in” or “recalled” prior to regularly scheduled shift. A scheduled day or shift at the overtime rate shall not be considered “recall” or “call-in” for purposes of this paragraph.

  • Down Time means the time period when specified services with specified technical and service standards are not available to user(s).
