When employees covered under this Agreement are called in on non-scheduled days, (hereinafter referred to as “Call-In Time”) then the firefighter shall be compensated for the Call-In Time at one and one-half (1½) his/her regular hourly rate of pay as long as the employee has worked 212 hours in the 28 day pay period.
Any unit member shall have the right to reject any offer or request for overtime, 604 call back, Call-In Time or On-Call Time.
If a special assignment is canceled after the assigned driver has left for the pick-up/departure point, the driver shall receive compensation in accordance with Article 12, Section I., Minimum Call-In Time.
