Camp operator means the operator of a recreational vehicle park, recreation camp, combined park-camp, or temporary park-camp.
Camp operator means any person who, within the meaning of the act, operates a camp or holds a permit issued pursuant to the provisions of IC 13-1-9 [IC 13-1-9 was repealed by P.L.2-1993, SECTION 209, effective July 1, 1993. See IC 16-41-26.].
