Canadian Award definition

Canadian Award means an Award pursuant to which, as applicable: (i) the Exercise Price is stated and payable in Canadian dollars or the basis upon which it is to be settled (whether in cash or in Shares) is stated in Canadian dollars); (ii) in the case of Stand-Alone SARs, the Base Price is stated in Canadian dollars and any cash amount payable in settlement thereof shall be paid in Canadian dollars; (iii) in the case of Restricted Share Units, Deferred Share Units, Performance Share Units or Phantom Share Awards, any cash amount payable in settlement thereof shall be paid in Canadian dollars; or (iv) in the case of Bonus Shares or Purchased Shares the price or value of such Shares is stated in Canadian dollars.
Canadian Award means an Award pursuant to which, as applicable, (i) in the case of Options (including any Tandem SARs), the Subscription Price is stated and payable in Canadian dollars (and, in the case of any Tandem SARs, any cash amount payable in settlement thereof shall be paid in Canadian dollars), (ii) in the case of Stand-Alone SARs, the Base Price is stated in Canadian dollars and any cash amount payable in settlement thereof shall be paid in Canadian dollars or (iii) in the case of Restricted Stock Units or Performance Stock Units, any cash amount payable in settlement thereof shall be paid in Canadian dollars.
Canadian Award means an Award denominated in Canadian dollars.

  • Canadian Loan Party means any Loan Party organized under the laws of Canada or any province or territory thereof.
