Canadian CDOR Loan definition

Canadian CDOR Loan means a Revolving Credit Loan denominated in Canadian Dollars bearing interest at a rate based upon the CDOR Rate.
Canadian CDOR Loan means a Loan in Canadian Dollars bearing interest as set forth in Section 2.3(d).

The Canadian Revolving Commitment of each Revolving Lender is a sub-commitment of its Revolving Commitment and, as such, may be (a) reduced from time to time pursuant to Section 2.07 and (b) reduced or increased from time to time pursuant to assignments by or to such Revolving Lender pursuant to Section 11.04. The aggregate amount of the Lenders’ Canadian Revolving Commitments on the Closing Date is $40 million.

  • Canadian Borrowing Base means at any time an amount equal to the sum of the Dollar Equivalent of, without duplication:

  • Domestic Loans means CD Loans or Base Rate Loans or both.

  • Offshore Currency Loan means any Offshore Rate Loan denominated in an Offshore Currency.

  • Canadian Commitment means the obligation of the Canadian Lender to (a) make Canadian Loans to the Canadian Borrowers and (b) issue Canadian Letters of Credit for the account of the Canadian Borrowers pursuant to Section 2.03, in an aggregate principal amount at any one time outstanding not to exceed C$15,000,000, as such amount may be adjusted from time to time in accordance with this Agreement.

  • Canadian Loan Party means any Loan Party incorporated or otherwise organized under the laws of Canada or any province or territory thereof.
