Canadian Revolving Credit Loans as defined in subsection 2.2.
Canadian Revolving Credit Loans shall have the meaning provided in Section 2.1(b)(ii).
Canadian Revolving Credit Loans means (a) the Canadian dollar-denominated Revolving Credit Loans (including the aggregate face amount of outstanding B/As) made by the Canadian Lenders to the Canadian Borrowers hereunder and (b) the U.S. dollar-denominated Revolving Credit Loans made by the Canadian Lenders to the Canadian Borrowers. Each Canadian Revolving Credit Loan denominated in U.S. dollars and made to a Canadian Borrower shall be a Eurocurrency Loan or a U.S. Base Rate Loan.
