LINE OF. CREDIT shall mean the commitment of the Lenders in an aggregate amount equal to $75,000,000 (or such lesser amount established pursuant to SECTIONS 4.1 AND/OR 4.2 of this Financing Agreement), to (a) make Revolving Loans pursuant to SECTION 3 of this Financing Agreement, and (b) assist the Borrower in opening Letters of Credit pursuant to SECTION 5 of this Financing Agreement.
