Canadian Unreimbursed Amount definition

Canadian Unreimbursed Amount has the meaning set forth in Section 2A.7(c)(i).
Canadian Unreimbursed Amount means any unreimbursed amount under Section 7.3 with respect to a Canadian Letter of Credit.
Canadian Unreimbursed Amount has the meaning specified in Section 3.04(c)(i). for such term in the Agreement that was in effect on and prior to the Canadian Subfacility Payoff Date.

Examples of Canadian Unreimbursed Amount in a sentence

  • In such event, each Canadian Bank’s payment to the Canadian Administrative Agent for the account of the relevant Canadian L/C Issuer pursuant to Section 2A.7(c)(ii) shall be payment in respect of its participation in such Canadian Unreimbursed Amount and shall constitute a Canadian L/C Advance from such Canadian Bank in satisfaction of its participation obligation under this Section 2A.7.

  • If the Canadian Borrower fails to so reimburse the Canadian L/C Issuer by such time, the Canadian Administrative Agent shall promptly notify each Canadian Revolving Lender of the Canadian Honor Date, the amount of the unreimbursed drawing (the "Canadian Unreimbursed Amount"), and the amount of such Canadian Revolving Lender's Applicable Revolving Credit Percentage thereof.

Related to Canadian Unreimbursed Amount

  • Unreimbursed Amount has the meaning specified in Section 2.03(c)(i).

  • Disbursed Amount means, in respect of each Interest Period, the aggregate principal amount of the Loan withdrawn from the Loan Account in such Interest Period.

  • Swingline Participation Amount as defined in Section 2.7(c).

  • Swing Line Participation Amount as defined in Section 2.7.

  • Refunded Swing Line Loans has the meaning assigned to that term in subsection 2.1A(iii).

  • Refunded Swingline Loans as defined in Section 2.7(b).

  • Refunded Swing Line Loan has the meaning ascribed to it in Section 1.1(c)(iii).

  • Letter of Credit Undrawn Amounts means, at any time, the aggregate undrawn face amount of all Letters of Credit outstanding at such time.

  • Participation Amount as defined in Section 3.4(b).

  • Canadian Swingline Loan means a Swingline Loan made to the Canadian Borrower.

  • L/C Reimbursement Obligation means, for any Letter of Credit, the obligation of the Borrower to the L/C Issuer thereof, as and when matured, to pay all amounts drawn under such Letter of Credit.

  • Revolving Facility Percentage means, with respect to any Revolving Facility Lender of any Class, the percentage of the total Revolving Facility Commitments of such Class represented by such Lender’s Revolving Facility Commitment of such Class. If the Revolving Facility Commitments of such Class have terminated or expired, the Revolving Facility Percentages of such Class shall be determined based upon the Revolving Facility Commitments of such Class most recently in effect, giving effect to any assignments pursuant to Section 9.04.

  • Unused Amount means the Maximum Line reduced by outstanding Revolving Advances. The Borrower agrees to pay to the Lender an unused line fee at the rate of one quarter of one percent (0.25%) per annum on the average daily Unused Amount from the date of this Agreement to and including the Termination Date, due and payable monthly in arrears on the first day of the month and on the Termination Date.

  • LC Obligations means, at any time, the sum, without duplication, of (i) the aggregate undrawn stated amount under all Facility LCs outstanding at such time plus (ii) the aggregate unpaid amount at such time of all Reimbursement Obligations.

  • Revolving Credit Obligations means, at any particular time, the sum of (i) the outstanding principal amount of the Revolving Loans at such time, plus (ii) the outstanding principal amount of the Swing Line Loans at such time, plus (iii) the outstanding L/C Obligations at such time.

  • Multicurrency LC Exposure means, at any time, the sum of (a) the aggregate undrawn amount of all outstanding Multicurrency Letters of Credit at such time plus (b) the aggregate amount of all LC Disbursements in respect of such Letters of Credit that have not yet been reimbursed by or on behalf of the Borrower at such time. The Multicurrency LC Exposure of any Lender at any time shall be its Applicable Multicurrency Percentage of the total Multicurrency LC Exposure at such time.

  • Applicable Percentage means, with respect to any Lender, the percentage of the total Commitments represented by such Lender’s Commitment. If the Commitments have terminated or expired, the Applicable Percentages shall be determined based upon the Commitments most recently in effect, giving effect to any assignments.

  • Dollar LC Exposure means, at any time, the sum of (a) the aggregate undrawn amount of all outstanding Dollar Letters of Credit at such time plus (b) the aggregate amount of all LC Disbursements in respect of such Letters of Credit that have not yet been reimbursed by or on behalf of the Borrower at such time. The Dollar LC Exposure of any Lender at any time shall be its Applicable Dollar Percentage of the total Dollar LC Exposure at such time.

  • Canadian Revolving Loan means Loans made by a Lender in respect of its Canadian Revolving Commitment to the U.S. Borrower pursuant to Section 2.02(c) and/or Section 2.24.

  • Revolving L/C Exposure of any Class shall mean at any time the sum of (a) the aggregate undrawn amount of all Letters of Credit applicable to such Class outstanding at such time (calculated, in the case of Alternate Currency Letters of Credit, based on the Dollar Equivalent thereof) and (b) the aggregate principal amount of all L/C Disbursements applicable to such Class that have not yet been reimbursed at such time (calculated, in the case of Alternate Currency Letters of Credit, based on the Dollar Equivalent thereof). The Revolving L/C Exposure of any Class of any Revolving Facility Lender at any time shall mean its applicable Revolving Facility Percentage of the aggregate Revolving L/C Exposure applicable to such Class at such time. For all purposes of this Agreement, if on any date of determination a Letter of Credit has expired by its terms but any amount may still be drawn thereunder by reason of the operation of Rule 3.14 of the International Standby Practices, International Chamber of Commerce No. 590, such Letter of Credit shall be deemed to be “outstanding” in the amount so remaining available to be drawn. Unless otherwise specified herein, the amount of a Letter of Credit at any time shall be deemed to be the stated amount of such Letter of Credit in effect at such time; provided, that with respect to any Letter of Credit that, by its terms or the terms of any document related thereto, provides for one or more automatic increases in the stated amount thereof, the amount of such Letter of Credit shall be deemed to be the maximum stated amount of such Letter of Credit after giving effect to all such increases, whether or not such maximum stated amount is in effect at such time.

  • L/C Disbursements a payment or disbursement made by the Issuing Lender pursuant to a Letter of Credit.

  • Canadian Revolving Commitment means, as to each Canadian Revolving Lender, its obligation to make Canadian Revolving Loans to the Canadian Borrower pursuant to Section 2.01, in an aggregate principal amount at any one time outstanding not to exceed the amount set forth opposite such Canadian Revolving Lender’s name on Schedule 2.01, in the Assignment and Assumption or other agreement pursuant to which such Canadian Revolving Lender becomes a party hereto, as such amount may be adjusted from time to time in accordance with this Agreement.

  • Revolving Committed Amount shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.1(a).

  • Swing Line Loans as defined in Section 2.6.

  • Swing Line Loan Commitment Amount means, on any date, $5,000,000, as such amount may be reduced from time to time pursuant to Section 2.2.

  • Aggregate Revolving Committed Amount means the aggregate amount of Commitments in effect from time to time, being initially One Hundred Fifty Million Dollars ($150,000,000) (as such amount may be increased as provided in Section 2.5 or reduced as provided in Section 2.9 from time to time).
