Canadian Utilization definition

Canadian Utilization with respect to any Utilization Period, the percentage equivalent of a fraction (a) the numerator of which is the average daily principal amount of C$ Loans (US$ Equivalent) outstanding during such Utilization Period and (b) the denominator of which is the average daily amount of the aggregate Canadian Commitments of all C$ Banks during such Utilization Period.
Canadian Utilization means, as of any date of determination, the aggregate principal amount of all outstanding Canadian Loans.
