Examples of Applicable Eurodollar Margin in a sentence
Each Eurodollar Rate Advance shall bear interest from and including the first day of the Interest Period applicable thereto to (but not including) the last day of such Interest Period at the interest rate determined as applicable to such Eurodollar Rate Advance and shall change as and when the Applicable Eurodollar Margin changes.
Each Eurodollar Advance shall bear interest from and including the first day of the Interest Period applicable thereto to, but not including, the last day of such Interest Period at the Eurodollar Rate determined as applicable to such Eurodollar Advance plus the Applicable Eurodollar Margin.

This covenant shall survive the termination of this Agreement and the payment of the Note and all other amounts payable hereunder.
