Capital facility plan means a capital facility plan
Capital facility plan means a capital facility plan required by the growth management act under chapter 36.70A RCW or, for local governments not fully planning under the growth management act, a plan required by the public works board.
Capital facility plan means the capital facilities plan element of the city’s comprehensive plan, as now in existence or as hereinafter amended.

  • Capital facilities means capital facilities or projects as referred to in section 151.03, 151.04, 151.05, 151.06, 151.07, 151.08, 151.09, 151.10, 151.11, or 151.40 of the Revised Code.
