Capital One Parties definition

Capital One Parties means collectively, the Bank, the Depositor and the Issuer.

Examples of Capital One Parties in a sentence

  • The Servicer (i) shall perform the covenants set forth in Article XII of the Indenture applicable to it and (ii) shall facilitate compliance with Article XII of the Indenture by the Capital One Parties.

Related to Capital One Parties

  • Party and Parties means the Settling Defendants, the Plaintiffs, and, where necessary, the Settlement Class Members.

  • Alliance means the Public Service Alliance of Canada;

  • HSBC Group means HSBC Holdings plc, its affiliates, subsidiaries, associated entities and any of their branches and offices (together or individually), and “member of the HSBC Group” has the same meaning.

  • CSDCC means the China Securities Depository and Clearing Co., Ltd. “CSRC” means the China Securities Regulatory Commission.

  • SLDC means the State Load Dispatch Center as notified by the State Government.

  • Note Parties means the Issuer and the Guarantors.
