Capital Stock Equivalents definition

Capital Stock Equivalents means all securities convertible into or exchangeable for Capital Stock and all warrants, options or other rights to purchase or subscribe for any Capital Stock, whether or not presently convertible, exchangeable or exercisable.

Capital Stock Equivalents has the meaning set forth in Section 11.1.3 hereof.

• The Board of Directors may, but shall not be required to, establish procedures to allocate the right to receive Shares of Preferred Stock and other Capital Stock Equivalents upon exercise of the Rights among holders of Rights.
