Capstar Merger definition

Capstar Merger means the proposed merger of the Company with and into a subsidiary of Capstar, subsequent to which Capstar will change its name to Chancellor Media Corporation.
Capstar Merger means the proposed merger of a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company with and into Capstar.
