Undyed diesel fuel means diesel fuel that is not subject to the United States Environmental
Biodiesel fuel means a renewable, biodegradable, mono alkyl ester combustible liquid fuel derived from agricultural plant oils or animal fat such as, but not limited to, soybean oil. For purposes of this definition, “biodiesel fuel” must also meet the specifications of American Society for Testing and Material Specifications (ASTM) D 6751-02, “Standard Specification for Biodiesel Fuel (B100) Blend Stock for Distillate Fuels,” and be registered with the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency as a fuel and a fuel additive under Section 211(b) of the Clean Air Act, 42 U.S.C. Sections 7401, et seq. as amended through November 15, 1990.
Ultra Low Sulfur Diesel Fuel means diesel fuel that has a sulfur content of no more than fifteen parts per million.
Biodiesel blend means a fuel comprised of a blend of biodiesel fuel with petroleum-based diesel fuel, suitable for use as a fuel in a compression-ignition internal combustion diesel engine.
Alternative Diesel Fuel means any fuel used in diesel engines that is not a reformulated diesel fuel as defined in sections 2281 and 2282 of title 13, CCR, and does not require engine or fuel system modifications for the engine to operate, other than minor modifications (e.g., recalibration of the engine fuel control) that may enhance performance. Examples of alternative diesel fuels include, but are not limited to, biodiesel, Fischer-Tropsch fuels, and emulsions of water in diesel fuel. Natural gas is not an alternative diesel fuel. An emission control strategy using a fuel additive will be treated as an alternative diesel fuel based strategy unless:
Fossil fuel means natural gas, petroleum, coal, or any form of solid, liquid, or gaseous fuel derived from such material.
Supply Point means the point of connection between the licensed network and your apparatus or equipment.
Supply Pipe means any part of a service pipe which a water undertaker could not be, or have been required to lay under section 46 of the Water Industry Act 1991; and
Fossil fuel-fired means the combustion of fossil fuel or any derivative of fossil fuel, alone or in combination with any other fuel, independent of the percentage of fossil fuel consumed in any calendar year (expressed in mmBtu).
Biodiesel means a fuel composed of mono-alkyl esters of long chain fatty acids derived from vegetable oils or animal fats, and, in accordance with standards specified by the American society for testing and materials, designated B100, and meeting the requirements of D-6751, as approved by the department.
Fuel means any solid, liquid or gaseous combustible material;
Diesel engine means an engine which works on the compression-ignition principle.
Ethanol blended gasoline means the same as defined in section 214A.1.
Ethanol means a high octane gasoline blend stock that is used to make various grades of gasoline.
Network Supply Point or "NSP" means any Point of Connection between:
Feedstock Gas means natural gas used as a raw material for its chemical properties in creating an end product.
Hydrozone means a portion of the landscaped area having plants with similar water needs and rooting depth. A hydrozone may be irrigated or non-irrigated.
biofuels means liquid or gaseous fuel for transport produced from biomass;
Transportation network company rider or “rider” means an
Water supply system means the structures, aqueducts, pipes, valves, pumps, meters or other apparatus relating thereto of which the ownership vests in the municipality and which are used or intended to be used by it in connection with the supply of water, and includes any part of the system; and

Manufacturing operation means a process in which materials are changed, converted, or transformed into a different state or form from which they previously existed and includes refining materials, assembling parts, and preparing raw materials and parts by mixing, measuring, blending, or otherwise committing such materials or parts to the manufacturing process. "Manufacturing operation" does not include packaging.
Biofuel means liquid or gaseous fuel for transport produced from biomass;
