Carcass tag definition

Carcass tag or "tag" means that portion of the license or separate identification which is required by statute or by rule or regulation of the commission to be attached to a wildlife carcass as evidence of lawful possession.
Carcass tag means any tag form provided to the vendor by the Department of Game and Fish that authorizes a person to legally possess big-game species or turkey killed in New Mexico.
Carcass tag means a tag issued by the Department or a corresponding interstate agency to a licensed harvester for affixing to kangaroo carcasses.
