Card Product definition

Card Product has the meaning given the term in Section 11.7.
Card Product means a reloadable card [***].
Card Product means a re-loadable card issued by [*] institution that is [*] with the [*], which: (i) [*]; (ii) [*]; (iii) [*]; and (iv) [*]. For purposes of this definition, a card is deemed to be used for [*] only if the [*] is an [*] of the card or the terms and conditions of the card [*] in the ordinary course of the [*].

Examples of Card Product in a sentence

  • For each Commercial Card Product selected by the Customer, Royal Bank will set a Customer Account Credit Limit.

  • The Card Facility Credit Limit represents the amount of maximum credit available for all Customer Accounts and Business Card Product account(s), collectively.

  • The Customer must observe the Card Facility Credit Limit, or the Total Credit Limit when applicable, such that the aggregate Debt under all of the Customer Accounts, if more than one, and the Business Card Product account(s), if any, must not exceed the Card Facility Credit Limit, or the Total Credit Limit when applicable.

  • Any increase to one or more Customer Account Credit Limit(s) is possible as long as the sum of all Customer Account Credit Limits and Business Card Product account(s) credit limits remains less than, or equal to, the Card Facility Credit Limit, or the Total Credit Limit when applicable.

  • Conversion For Overseas Transactions Refer to Card Product Disclosure Sheet.

  • In the event of a conflict between this Agreement and the Card Program Documents, this Agreement shall control, except as follows: (i) in the event of a conflict between this Agreement and the Visa Rules, the Visa Rules shall control; and (ii) in the event of a conflict between this Agreement and Appendix 2 or the Terms of Use with respect to a particular Card Product, Appendix 2 or such Terms of Use shall control solely with respect to the terms and conditions for such Card Product.

  • If Client is dissatisfied with any portion of a Card Product, or with any Terms of Use, Client’s sole and exclusive remedy is to discontinue using the Card Product.

  • If Client elects a particular Card Product, Client is bound by the applicable Card Product terms in Appendix 2 and the applicable Terms of Use (regardless of whether Client separately executes such Terms of Use).


More Definitions of Card Product

Card Product means a re-loadable card issued by a FDIC-insured depository institution that is branded with the name of any Network, can be used to purchase products and/or services and that (A) is accepted in Non-Store Locations, (B) is re-loadable, and (C) may be used generally for cash unloads. For purposes of this definition, a card is deemed to be used for “cash unloads” only if the ability to unload cash is an advertised feature of the Card Product or the terms and conditions of the Card Product permit cash unloads in the ordinary course of the Card Product’s use.
