Cash Balance definition

Cash Balance means, at any date of determination, the unencumbered and otherwise unrestricted cash and Cash Equivalents of the NCLC Group.

  • Should Buyer disagree with Sellers’ determination of the Cash Balance, Buyer shall notify Sellers within sixty (60) days after Sellers’ delivery of their determination of the Cash Balance.
