NCLC Group definition

NCLC Group shall have the meaning ascribed to it in Clause 11.4);

• The Parent shall and the Parent shall procure that any member of the NCLC Group shall promptly notify the Facility Agent and Hermes of any failure by it to comply with any due and owing obligations under a Covered Construction Contract.

NCLC Group shall have the meaning ascribed to it in clause 11.4 of the Guarantee.

NCLC Group refers to the Company, the Guarantor and all of the Guarantor’s other direct and indirect subsidiaries.

NCLC Group means the “NCLC Group” under and as defined in the ECF Credit Agreement.
