Cash Balance Account definition

Cash Balance Account means the account that the Customer has placed advance fund with the Company in the amount identical to the full amount of the Securities to be purchased, prior to the securities trading; that has an agreement allowing the Company to deduct fund, upon the Company’s instruction, from the Customer’s account in which the fund is deposited to cover the purchase of securities in full, prior to the securities trading; or that the Customer has remitted fund obtained from sale of securities into such account prior to the securities trading or has transferred fund obtained from sale of securities into such account.
Cash Balance Account means, with respect to any Participant, the bookkeeping account established with respect to the Participant under Article 5 below.
Cash Balance Account means the notional account deemed to have been established for each Member for the purpose of determining each Member's benefit under the Cash Balance Formula.

  • Most salaried employees of Ameren and its subsidiaries, including the NEOs, earn benefits in the Cash Balance Account under the Ameren Retirement Plan (the “Retirement Plan”) immediately upon employment.

Cash Balance Account means a cash account that is used for trading securities with the company for which the Customer has deposited money in advance to the Company before trading the securities.
