Cash Balance Threshold definition

Cash Balance Threshold means an amount equal to $3,000,000; provided, however, that at such time as the aggregate principal amount outstanding under the Notes is less than $3,000,000, such amount shall be reduced by $1 for each $1 that such aggregate principal amount is below $3,000,000.
Cash Balance Threshold means $5,000,000 or such lesser amount as determined in the discretion of the Post-Effective Date Debtors or the Liquidation Trustee.
