Cash Flow Amount definition

Cash Flow Amount means with respect to any date of determination, the amount equal to (a) the amount equal to EBITDA of Parent and its Domestic Subsidiaries, on a consolidated basis, for the period commencing March 1, 2009 and ending as of the last day of the applicable month set forth in the table in Section 9.18 hereof, minus (b) Fixed Charges of Parent and its Domestic Subsidiaries, on a consolidated basis, for such period.
Cash Flow Amount means the amount of reported earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization of radio stations WHHH(FM), WBKS(FM) and WYJZ(FM) plus the addbacks described on Exhibit A hereto, all for --------- calendar year 1999.
Cash Flow Amount means, in any Lease Year, (i) the amount of all revenues, receipts and other funds received by Tenant, on a cash basis, from the operation, ownership or use of the Amphitheater during such Lease Year minus (ii) the amount of (a) all expenditures paid by Tenant, on a cash basis, during such Lease Year for any expenses, costs or charges which are related to the use, ownership, maintenance, management or operation of the Amphitheater and (b) all Rent paid under this Lease, on a cash basis, by Tenant during such Lease Year.

Cash Flow Amount means, in any Lease Year, (i) the amount of all revenues, receipts and other funds received by the Tenant, on a cash basis, from the operation, ownership or use of the Amphitheater during such Lease Year minus (ii) the amount of (a) all expenditures paid by the Tenant, on a cash basis, during such Lease Year for any expenses, costs or charges which are related to the use, ownership, maintenance, management or operation of the Amphitheater, (b) principal and interest payments paid, on a cash basis, by the Tenant during such Lease Year on any loan owed by the Tenant, the initial proceeds of which were used in connection with the construction, ownership, maintenance or operation of the Amphitheater and (c) all Rent paid under this Lease, on a cash basis, by the Tenant during such Lease Year.

  • Cash Flow Distribution Amount As to any calendar month, the aggregate amount of principal distributable in respect of the Mortgage Securities in such calendar month.
