Cash Incentive Plan definition

Cash Incentive Plan means the Ultimate Parent Company’s Executive Performance Incentive Plan.

Cash Incentive Plan means any short term incentive plan of Dominion Resources, Inc. or an Affiliate that the OCN Committee determines should be taken into account for purposes of this Plan.

Cash Incentive Plan means the Company’s Annual Cash Incentive Compensation Plan, as may be modified from time to time.

• The Long-Term Cash Incentive Plan payout, if any, shall be paid in the same form and on the same date the active participants under the Omnibus Plan are paid.

• Executive shall not be eligible for any new Annual Incentive Plan grants, Long-Term Cash Incentive Plan grants, or any other grants of stock options, RSUs, or other equity awards under the Omnibus Plan with respect to the CIC Severance Period as defined immediately below.

More Definitions of Cash Incentive Plan

Cash Incentive Plan means the General Growth Properties, Inc. Cash Value Added Incentive Compensation Plan.

Cash Incentive Plan means the Dominion Resources, Inc. Cash Incentive Plan as in effect from time to time and any successor thereto.
