Company Incentive Plan definition

Company Incentive Plan shall have the meaning assigned to it in Section 1.7 hereof.
Company Incentive Plan means the 2020 Management Incentive Plan of the Company, in the form attached hereto as Exhibit C, as the same may be amended, restated, modified or supplemented from time to time.
