Company Incentive Plan definition

Company Incentive Plan shall have the meaning assigned to it in Section 1.7 hereof.
Company Incentive Plan means any equity or omnibus incentive plan adopted by the Company or assumed by the Company in connection with the Partnering Transaction or any other acquisition or partnering transaction involving the Company, or any other compensatory equity-based award or inducement award.

Company Incentive Plan means, collectively, the Company’s current equity incentive plan, as such may be amended from time to time, and any other equity incentive plan adopted by the Company from time to time.
