Cash Liquidity definition

Cash Liquidity means, for any Person on any date, the amount of unrestricted cash and Cash Equivalents and Qualified Capital Commitments held by such Person and its consolidated subsidiaries.

Cash Liquidity. With respect to Guarantor on any date, the amount of cash and cash equivalents (other than restricted cash) held by Guarantor and its direct or indirect Subsidiaries as of such date.
