Cash Reserve Initial Amount means the reserve fund established in the Cash Reserve Account, out of the proceeds deriving from the Subordinated Loans granted by the Subordinated Loan Provider,in accordance with the terms of the Subordinated Loan Agreement, for an amount equal to Euro 4,509,000.
