  • Where other prices than the Cash Settlement or Cash Sellers Price are published: The Cash Settlement or Cash Sellers Price2.

  • Each such item of Tangible Personal Property is in good operating condition and repair, ordinary wear and tear excepted, is free from latent and patent defects, is suitable for the purposes for which it is being used and planned to be used by the Go Cash Sellers and has been maintained in accordance with normal industry practice.

  • Since December 31, 2010 there has not been any adverse change in the business relationship of the Go Cash Sellers with any Online Advertiser.

  • No Person (including any Governmental Authority) has made any claim in writing with respect to loss or unauthorized or illegal access, use, modification, disclosure or transfer of any consumer data and personal information collected or obtained by any of the Go Cash Sellers.

  • Seller Entities means the Seller and its affiliates other than the Buyer Entities;
