Cash Target Amount definition

Cash Target Amount means the product of (i) []% multiplied by (ii) the Employee’s annualized base salary for the fiscal year of the Company during which the Grant Date falls.

Related to Cash Target Amount

  • Target Amount is defined in Section 4.3(b)(i).
