Cash Tender definition

Cash Tender has the meaning set forth in Section 8.6.
Cash Tender means the redemption of MLP Senior Notes at a discount for cash pursuant to the Exchange Offer. “Commodity Account” has the meaning set forth in the Security Agreements.
