Catch Up Fee definition

Catch Up Fee has the meaning set forth in Section 2.09(c).

Examples of Catch Up Fee in a sentence

  • For purposes of clarity, the Catch Up Fee shall be waived and shall never be due and payable if the Term Loan is repaid in full on or before December 15, 2012.
