Category T. - means any motorised, wheeled or tracked agricultural or forestry vehicle having at least two axles and a maximum design speed of not less than 6 km/h, the main function of which lies in its tractive power and which has been especially designed to pull, push, carry and actuate certain interchangeable equipment designed to perform agricultural or forestry work, or to tow agricultural or forestry trailers or equipment; it may be adapted to carry a load in the context of agricultural or forestry work and/or may be equipped with one or more passenger seats.

  • Category 3 means a DG facility of greater than 200 kW and not more than 1 MW.

  • Category 2 Training: This category includes services related to training state employees to understand and apply Agile concepts and tools.

  • Category 1 means medical education activities that have been designated as Category 1 by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME), the American Osteopathic Association (AOA), a state medical society, or an equivalent organization.

  • Category B means the category of registered operators whose tax periods are periods of two months ending on the last day of the months of February, April, June, August, October and December of the calendar year;

  • Highest Rating Category means, with respect to an Eligible Investment, that the Eligible Investment is rated by each Rating Agency in the highest rating given by that Rating Agency for that general category of security. If at any time the Bonds are not rated (and, consequently, there is no Rating Agency), then the term “Highest Rating Category” means, with respect to an Eligible Investment, that the Eligible Investment is rated by S&P or Moody’s in the highest rating given by that rating agency for that general category of security. By way of example, the Highest Rating Category for tax-exempt municipal debt established by S&P is “A-1+” for debt with a term of one year or less and “AAA” for a term greater than one year, with corresponding ratings by Moody’s of “MIG-1” (for fixed rate) or “VMIG-1” (for variable rate) for three months or less and “Aaa” for greater than three months. If at any time (a) the Bonds are not rated, (b) both S&P and Moody’s rate an Eligible Investment and (c) one of those ratings is below the Highest Rating Category, then such Eligible Investment will, nevertheless, be deemed to be rated in the Highest Rating Category if the lower rating is no more than one rating category below the highest rating category of that rating agency. For example, an Investment rated “AAA” by S&P and “Aa3” by Xxxxx’x is rated in the Highest Rating Category. If, however, the lower rating is more than one full rating category below the Highest Rating Category of that rating agency, then the Eligible Investment will be deemed to be rated below the Highest Rating Category. For example, an Eligible Investment rated “AAA” by S&P and “A1” by Xxxxx’x is not rated in the Highest Rating Category.

  • Rating Category means one of the generic rating categories of any Rating Agency without regard to any refinement or gradation of such rating by a numerical modifier or otherwise.

  • Category 4 Data is data that is confidential and requires special handling due to statutes or regulations that require especially strict protection of the data and from which especially serious consequences may arise in the event of any compromise of such data. Data classified as Category 4 includes but is not limited to data protected by: the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA), Pub.   • Special Category Data means any personal data revealing racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, or trade union membership, and the processing of genetic data, biometric data for the purpose of uniquely identifying a natural person, data concerning health or data concerning a natural person's sex life or sexual orientation.

  • Category means a category set forth in the table in Section IV of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

  • Product Category means the applicable category which best describes the product as listed in this Section 94508.

  • Clinical categories means the groups into which hospital treatments are categorised by type, e.g., brain and nervous system, kidney and bladder, and digestive system. At the time of writing there were 38 categories in the Medicare clinical categories system.

  • eligible Categories means Categories (1), (2) and (3) set forth in the table in paragraph 1 of Schedule 1 to this Agreement;

  • Supplier Profit Margin means, in relation to a period, the Supplier Profit for the relevant period divided by the total Charges over the same period in respect of any Call Off Agreements and expressed as a percentage;

  • Barrier Level means the Barrier Level as specified in § 1 of the Product and Underlying Data.

  • Sound level meter means an instrument which includes a microphone, amplifier, RMS detector, integrator or time averager, output meter, and weighting networks used to measure sound pressure levels.

  • eligible Category means Category (1) set forth in the table in paragraph 1 of Schedule 1 to this Agreement;

  • Index Level means, in respect of any day and subject to Adjustment Provisions: (a) in respect of an Index(other than a Multiple Exchange Index), the closing level of such Indexat the Valuation Time on such day; and (b) in respect of an Index that is a Multiple Exchange Index, the official closing level of the Index on such day at the Valuation Time as calculated and published by the Index Sponsor each as rounded up to four decimal places (with 0.00005 being rounded up), allas determined by the Calculation Agent.

  • Working level (WL) means any combination of short-lived radon daughters in 1 liter of air that will result in the ultimate emission of 1.3E+5 MeV of potential alpha particle energy. The short-lived radon daughters are—for radon-222: polonium-218, lead-214, bismuth-214, and polonium-214; and for radon-220: polonium-216, lead-212, bismuth-212, and polonium-212.
