Catering Agency definition

Catering Agency means {Name of Agency} that will provide the Services to the “Employer” under the Contract.

  • The “Employer” may, by written notice of suspension to the Catering Agency, suspend all payments to the Agency hereunder if the Agency fails to perform any of its obligations under this Contract or as instructed by the “Employer”.

  • Nothing contained herein shall be construed as establishing a relationship of master and servant or of principal and agent as between the “Employer” and the Catering Agency.

  • The Catering Agency is required to provide with a complete staff report from check-in and check-out.

  • Procuring Agency means all State of New Mexico agencies, commissions, institutions, political subdivisions and local public bodies allowed by law to entertain procurements.

  • Sponsoring agency means Sandia; "Federal Government" or "government," in connection with government agencies or government property, shall mean the United States of America.

  • Cooperating agency means any Federal agency other than a lead agency which has jurisdiction by law or special expertise with respect to any environmental impact involved in a proposal (or a reasonable alternative) for legislation or other major Federal action significantly affecting the quality of the human environment.   • The Procuring Agency means the organization purchasing the Goods, as named in SCC.
