Cboe Global Markets means Cboe Global Markets, Inc. and any successor organization to Cboe Global Markets, Inc.
Cboe Global Markets is a registered trade xxxx of Cboe Global Markets, Inc., a company incorporated in the United States of America with registered address at 000 Xxxxx XxXxxxx Xxxxxx, Xxxxxxx, XX 00000, XXX. Cboe shall own any and all rights including without limitation Intellectual Property rights and any and all goodwill arising directly or indirectly out of the Recipient’s use of the “Cboe Global Markets®”, “Cboe®” and “Bats®”” trademarks.
Cboe Global Markets means Cboe Global Markets, Inc. and any successor organization to Cboe Global Markets, Inc. “Cboe Indemnified Parties” means, collectively, Cboe, its Affiliates and Third-Party Information Providers, and its and their respective owners, officers, directors, employees, contractors, and agents.
