CCC Obligations definition

CCC Obligations means all Collateral Obligations, excluding Defaulted Obligations, with a Fitch Rating of "CCC+" or lower.

CCC Obligations means, at any time, all CCC Rated Collateral Debt Obligations (other than Defaulted Obligations) provided that, if any Collateral Debt Obligation falls within the definition of both a CCC Obligation and is a Discount Obligation, such Collateral Debt Obligation shall be classified as a CCC Obligation and further provided that if any Collateral Debt Obligation falls within the definition of both a CCC Obligation and is a Current Pay Obligation, such Collateral Debt Obligation shall be classified as a Current Pay Obligation.

CCC Obligations means the sum of (a) all Collateral Debt Obligations (other than Defaulted Obligations) which have Moody’s Ratings of "Caa1" or less and (b) all Collateral Debt Obligations (other than Defaulted Obligations) which have S&P Ratings of "CCC+" or less, without double counting in the event that a Collateral Debt Obligation is rated "Caa1" or less by Moody’s and "CCC+" or less by S&P.

CCC Obligations means the higher of (a) the Aggregate Principal Balance of all Collateral Debt Obligations (other than Defaulted Obligations and Structured Finance Securities) which have Fitch Ratings of "CCC+" or less; and (b) the Aggregate Principal Balance of all Collateral Debt Obligations (other than Defaulted Obligations and Structured Finance Securities) which have S&P Ratings of "CCC+" or less.
