Examples of L/C Obligations in a sentence
The L/C Issuer shall determine the Spot Rate as of each Revaluation Date to be used for calculating the U.S. Dollar Equivalent of the L/C Obligations in respect of Letters of Credit issued by it and denominated in Euros and shall provide notice of the same to the Administrative Agent and the Company.
If any Xxxxxx resigns as L/C Issuer, it shall retain all the rights, powers, privileges and duties of the L/C Issuer hereunder with respect to all Letters of Credit outstanding as of the effective date of its resignation as L/C Issuer and all L/C Obligations with respect thereto (including the right to require the Lenders to make Base Rate Loans or fund risk participations in Unreimbursed Amounts).
Upon satisfaction of the foregoing conditions, the Commitment of such Lender shall terminate on the effective date specified in such notice, its participation in any outstanding L/C Obligations or Swing Line Loans shall terminate on such effective date and the participations of the other Lenders therein shall be redetermined as of such date as if such Letters of Credit had been issued or such Swing Line Loans had been made on such date.
The Company’s obligations hereunder shall remain in full force and effect until the Commitments shall have terminated and the principal of and interest on the Loans, the L/C Obligations and all other amounts payable by the Company and the Co-Borrower under this Agreement shall have been paid in full.
If Citibank resigns as L/C Issuer, it shall retain all the rights, powers, privileges and duties of the L/C Issuer hereunder with respect to all Letters of Credit outstanding as of the effective date of its resignation as L/C Issuer and all L/C Obligations with respect thereto (including the right to require the Lenders to make Base Rate Loans or fund risk participations in Unreimbursed Amounts pursuant to Section 2.02(c)).
