CCC Obligation definition

CCC Obligation means a Collateral Debt Obligation (other than a Defaulted Obligation) which has

More Definitions of CCC Obligation

CCC Obligation means, at any time, any Collateral Debt Obligation that has been ascribed a Moody's Rating of Caa1 or lower by Moody's or an S&P Rating of CCC+or lower by S&P, provided that if any Collateral Debt Obligation falls within the definition of both:
CCC Obligation means a Collateral Debt Obligation (other than a Defaulted Obligation) which has a Fitch Rating of “CCC+” or less; or (b) a S&P Rating of “CCC+” or less.
CCC Obligation means a Collateral Debt Obligation (other than a Defaulted Obligation) which has Moody's Ratings of " Caa1" or less; or (b) an S&P Rating of " CCC+" or less.
CCC Obligation means each Moody's Caa Obligation, if the Aggregate Principal Balance of all Moody's Caa Obligations is greater than or equal to the Aggregate Principal Balance of all S&P CCC Obligations, otherwise each S&P CCC Obligation.
CCC Obligation means each obligation which is a Moody’s CCC Obligation or a S&P CCC Obligation.
CCC Obligation means a Collateral Debt Obligation (other than a Defaulted Obligation) which (a) has a Moody’s Rating of "Caa1" or below (or in the case of a Collateral Debt Obligation in respect of which Moody's has provided a private credit estimate, where the Moody's Rating Factor is 4080 or greater) or (b) an S&P Rating of "CCC+" or below.
CCC Obligation means, as of any Measurement Date, any Underlying Asset (other than a Defaulted Obligation) for which the Standard & Poor’s Rating is below “B-.”
