  • Where measures to safeguard balance of payments are taken pursuant to this Article, notice of such measures shall be given to the CCIA Committee within 14 days from the date such measures are taken.

  • Each Member State shall make available to the CCIA Committee before the Agreement comes into effect all relevant measures, which pertain to, or affect, the operation of this Agreement.

  • The CCIA Committee shall determine the length of the extension which shall not be longer than one year.
