Cell Technology definition

Cell Technology means any technique for the production of living cells with new combinations of genetic material by the fusion of two or more cells;
Cell Technology means all know-how, data, biological materials, inventions and other proprietary information and technology relating to the manufacture, sale, use or manipulation of Cells within the Field provided to CTI prior to the Effective Date.
Cell Technology means technology under patents and know-how licensed or sublicensed by Lifeline from Advanced Cell Technology, Inc. under the license agreements listed on Schedule 1.
