Cell tier means levels of cells vertically stacked above one another within a housing unit.
Residual Auction Revenue Rights means incremental stage 1 Auction Revenue Rights created within a Planning Period by an increase in transmission system capability, including the return to service of existing transmission capability, that was not modeled pursuant to Operating Agreement, Schedule 1, section 7.5 and the parallel provisions of Tariff, Attachment K- Appendix, section 7.5 in compliance with Operating Agreement, Schedule 1, section 7.4.2 (h) and the parallel provisions of Tariff, Attachment K-Appendix, section 7.4.2(h), and, if modeled, would have increased the amount of stage 1 Auction Revenue Rights allocated pursuant to Operating Agreement, Schedule 1, section 7.4.2 and the parallel provisions of Tariff, Attachment K-Appendix, section 7.4.2; provided that, the foregoing notwithstanding, Residual Auction Revenue Rights shall exclude: 1) Incremental Auction Revenue Rights allocated pursuant to Tariff, Part VI; and 2) Auction Revenue Rights allocated to entities that are assigned cost responsibility pursuant to Operating Agreement, Schedule 6 for transmission upgrades that create such rights.
Class R-IV Interest The uncertificated Residual Interest in REMIC IV.
Middle-Tier REMIC As described in the Preliminary Statement.
REMIC VI The segregated pool of assets consisting of the Class IO Interest conveyed in trust to the Trustee, for the benefit of the Holders of REMIC VI Regular Interest IO and the Class RX Certificate (in respect of the Class R-6 Interest), with respect to which a separate REMIC election is to be made.
Master REMIC As described in the Preliminary Statement.
Class R-I Interest The uncertificated Residual Interest in REMIC I.
REMIC V The segregated pool of assets consisting of the Class P Interest conveyed in trust to the Trustee, for the benefit of the Holders of the Class P Certificates and the Class RX Certificate (in respect of the Class R-5 Interest), with respect to which a separate REMIC election is to be made.
Lower Tier REMIC Regular Interests Each of the Lower Tier REMIC Interests other than the Class LTR Interest.
REMIC IV The segregated pool of assets consisting of the Class CE Interest conveyed in trust to the Trustee, for the benefit of the Holders of the Class CE Certificates and the Class RX Certificate (in respect of the Class R-4 Interest), with respect to which a separate REMIC election is to be made.
Lower Tier Interest As described in the Preliminary Statement.
Class R-4 Interest The uncertificated Residual Interest in REMIC 4.
REMIC 3 The segregated pool of assets consisting of all of the REMIC 2 Regular Interests conveyed in trust to the Trustee, for the benefit of the Holders of the Regular Certificates and the Class R Certificate (in respect of the Class R-3 Interest), pursuant to Article II hereunder, and all amounts deposited therein, with respect to which a separate REMIC election is to be made.
REMIC 1 As described in the Preliminary Statement.
L/C Interest shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 3.6 hereof.
Upper-Tier REMIC As described in the Preliminary Statement.
Residual means, with respect to any Lease, any right of the lessor or its assigns, as owner of the underlying Equipment, to realize value from the related Equipment after termination of the Lease, including the right of the owner of the Equipment to receive any proceeds from the sale, re-lease, continued use or other disposition of the Equipment after the termination of the Lease.
Class CE Interest An uncertificated interest in the Trust Fund held by the Trustee on behalf of the Holders of the Class CE Certificates, evidencing a Regular Interest in REMIC III for purposes of the REMIC Provisions.
Class C Interest An uncertificated interest in the Trust Fund held by the Trustee on behalf of the Holders of the Class C Certificates, evidencing a Regular Interest in REMIC 3 for purposes of the REMIC Provisions.
Lower-Tier REMIC As described in the Preliminary Statement.
Class R-II Interest The uncertificated Residual Interest in REMIC II.
REMIC 2 As described in the Preliminary Statement.
Class R-III Interest The uncertificated Residual Interest in REMIC III.
